It will not effect! If they see scar in the X-Ray they will tell her to take sputum test after the results are negative it will be cleared just that this additional test might consume a little additional time.

It'll have no effect insofar the bacteria is dead. It takes 6 - 8 months to treat TB. If this phase has been observed, you have no worry.
