My Sister is PR in Canada. I want to visit canada from India. But in My passport and birth certificate 1. Father Name: Rajendra Yudhisthir Pradhan and My sister Document Father name is Rajubhai Judhistir Pradhan. 2. My Mother name: Kabita Rajendra Pradhan and My sister documet mother name is Kavit Rajubhai Pradhan. My question is can I apply as visitor visa for canada my sister and my document parents name is little different. Or any legal document require such as affidavit. I just want to right advice. From my experience, better not to put your sister details because now a days visa are getting rejected on the basis of your blood relation, they will suspect that you won't go back to your homecountry. Canada have fixed rejection reason, please check in detail before applying for your visa. All above dont pay to any agency, lots of fraud.

IRCC will suspect you might stay and not leave Canada when your visa expires. Hence they will reject your visa application. It's even worse if you think that way.
