She is enrolled in a four year course that stands to end in april 2024 and she have a valid study permit till July 31st 2024. However, her visa expires in December 2023. She can file for the new Temporary Resident Visa online but she is planning to travel back to India from July 15 to September 15 2023. She is worried if there would be any problems associated with the same. Should she apply for her new TRV before leaving for India or after coming back in September?

TRV is valid till Dec 23, study visa is valid till July 2024. She won’t have any issues travelling between those dates.
