Please could someone help, what should I be doing in this situation? Is there any way for reconsideration? I added the job offer provided for my closed work permit extension which has my roles and responsibilities, my original offer when I came to Canada provided by my company, payslips.

You need to submit the latest letter of employment from your company not just the offer letter
