I have received EOl from OINP on Feb 8, 2024 and submitted documents on March 05,2024. Now that I applied for restoration for visit visa, below are few of the questions. 1. If I receive a nomination letter, can I apply for new open work permit through BOWP or do a flag poling to get it? 2. Or do I have to wait until I receive AOR from EE and will I be then eligible for applying open work permit (under visitor status)? 3. Any other options for restoring my status as worker apart from LMIA?

Ajay Reddy Priya Kollu - when you got invitation or approval from ONIP you are not authorised for work permit. You should have to submit your Federal file to get Bridge open work permit. This is my understanding someone can correct if it's wrong! 🙏🏻
Ajay please don’t give someone incorrect information. To apply for BOWP, she must apply for the EE application, then with that AOR, she can apply for BOWP.
May i know what reason they gave you for rejection? Was your pgwp expired due to passport expiry?
Even I am in the same situation. Please let us know. If anyone has any idea regarding this.
Option 1 and 2 is not for you. You need work authorization and EE APR to apply for BOWP.
As I heard, you should be on valid permit when you received approval for EOI letter.
