CanadaExpress Entry3My friend got an ITA yesterday She is stuck in India She needs PCC from India and US She is staying in India until Aug 5 Is it ok if she gets the PCC for both US and India in India itself and submit her application and then travel to US? If she submits her application before 60 days and enters US,should she get PCC again in USA? Or if she submits the application she can go anywhere without any worries Does the submission of the application is considered for PCC or 60 days count?

So you need to immediately apply for PCC in both countries. You can try and wait till 59 days to check if you are getting the PCC. You can otherwise upload the acknowledgement instead. Once you receive the actual you can upload it using web form.
She can apply from India. But she then needs to wait for the AOR before traveling to US The AOR locks all the details of the application and no new details need to be updated, hence no new PCC needed if traveling after AOR.
