Do we need to upload biometric confirmation document received at VFS to the application portal? Am I missing anything here, we did not upload any document just provided biometrics.

There is one section called Application information, there I see some biometric ID and biometrics date. Is that mean, it is updated. But as shown in the above image it still shows biometrics not received. Confused

I think you should raise a webform, and also call VFS about the same.
