My EE score is 474 without accompanying spouse. If I accompany spouse score will go lower to 455. If I get PNP from Ontario under tech draw, it will give me 600 additional points. In that case can I add my spouse later as accompanying in EE after I get a nomination from Ontario?

You are getting Nomination based on your Current CRS . If you add spouse later they will recalculate your eligibility which eventually make your profile ineligible for PNP

It's always better to add spouse later on, before ppr, in these type of cases.
