Depend on your category if it is SDS category than you need to pay 1 year fee and 10000 CAD dollars for GIC.If it is non SDS than 6 month fee plus bank statement which is mandatory

Aida Segni Zaied Student direct Stream(SDS). It’s depend on your country of residence whether it is in SDS category or not.
