Adnan Vohra sorry forgot to add ...best option for him would be to sign up for online banking so he can keep transferring funds every month.
There must be some collaboration of sbi Canada with some other canadian bank .. You just need to know about that. Like Icici bank Canada has it with BOM.
If he has an SBI Canada account .. god help him worst service ever … He should call the SBI local number and inquire what his options are
