My application for a study visa was rejected with the reason provided as follows: 'I am not convinced that you will depart Canada at the conclusion of your authorized stay, as stipulated in paragraph R216(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR).' I am now seeking guidance on the available options for recourse. Can I appeal this decision? I would greatly appreciate hearing from individuals who have experienced a visa refusal based on similar grounds and successfully appealed. If possible, could you kindly share your experiences, including the steps you took and the supporting documents you provided?
