RakulPreet Singh you can't apply directly to Manitoba as far as I know.. all you can do is apply for an exploratory visit and wait for an answer from them but, again, not guaranteed . Visit their website and follow the instructions.
Ritu Sravya Reddyi yes it’s not guaranteed but I created account on their website where asked for all this information and also about EE profile & IELTS and all. Since I have connection there so I thought it could ease my process.
Ritu Sravya Reddyi CRS score is quite low, that’s why I was thinking about trying PnP. My understanding was if I had connection in Manitoba, it could help me getting invite by province, is it the case ??
Check your EE score. A friend in Manitoba doesn't really help
