#Misrepresentation #PFL Well, it's raining misrepresentation PFLs for scores of international student applicants in India. It is my understanding that nearly 200-300 PFLs have been sent out in just the last week alone. Over 25 clients of just one "Illegal Consultant" (so-called agent) who is also very active on Youtube - have received the same PFL - about not disclosing representative. This agent has not even shared the PFL with the clients and apparently will not be sharing either, because he has no explanation to offer to the clients or to IRCC. This agent was also actively selling CDI college to the aspirants - while misleading them that CDI college is eligible for PGWP - while in reality, this college is not eligible for PGWP at all.
