You have to re-apply for their Super Visa on new passport. Make sure they are outside of Canada at the time of super visa application submission.
There is nothing by default, Visas for Canada are only valid till passport expiry, once you renew the passport you would have to re-apply.
I second the answer above. You can apply for a new passport from here and reapply for your super visa
