CanadaWork Permit1Kubeir Kamal kindly advise.. I m working in Canada on closed work permit and having trv visa stamp on passport valid till June 2024 . Due to family Medical emergency I came to India and considering the health situation I have resigned in my company. As per the rules my company informed IRCC to terminate my closed Work Permit. Now I want to visit Canada for a week to collect all my stuff and come back to India. Will I be able to enter Canada? Thanks in advance.

If ur TRV stamped on passport is linked with Work permit and valid until work permit end date then it might create issue so please check before travelling.
Till the time you have a valid TRV stamped.. it is not a problem .. you can come but you cannot work since your work permit is cancelled
Why u left canada nd reside again in india? Whn u fullfill ur work in india go back to canada
