Nikhil Gaikwad whether you college is allowing any flexible (online) classes till some date in September or not, is of no concern to IRCC. They are not bothered by that.
Nikhil Gaikwad It doesn't matter, the rules clearly say that pgwp will be counted for online till Aug 31, irrespective of first yr or returning student.
Nikhil Gaikwad my advise is to not take a chance and be present before start of classes.
