If I will achieve my desired band such as 8777 so after that can I make my EE profile easily before my birth date they will consider me 29th with a spouse because I am the main applicant. I am lil bit confused, will my age lock in the EE profile before my birthday?

Your age gets locked on ITA. So if you create your EE profile, you will still lose points on your birthday if you havent gotten ITA

Age will NOT lock after you create EE profile, the points will update automatically, depending on your Birthdate.
