Is it possible to add spouse as accompanying after ITA. Previously I added non-accompanying spouse in EE profile.

You can add your spouse before ITA and after acceptance of PNP. After ITA you cant change your profile either way. As ITA is issued on the basis of your EE profile and everything locked after ITA. I guess you should decline invitation that time, than add your spouse to profile CRS will be recalculated and wait for next PNP draw and accept the invitation.

You can add your spouse and mention in the client information that after adding my spouse my CRS will not be affected.

If you qualify after adding spouse, you should be ok to add
