Is it normal to get a ghost update on your application the next day after refusal?

Sanjana Saiby Lal I’m confused because they rejected our visa within seconds of starting reviewing eligibility with baseless reasons. And now this meaningless “update” email.

I did got too .. I thought for a second they have reconsider my application and gave me a PPR but it was all in my head.
