Is 81 points for SINP application is good? My ielts score is band 6 and My spouse is band 5.5. I have a plan to give exam again, Can I open SINP application for pnp nomination?

Kavya Deshpande Not in Saskatchewan, My brother is PR in Canada and his son is citizen in Canada. I will avail 20 points from my nephew for his citizenship ( born in Camada while my sibling was PR)
