Go for ONIP. Targeted draw will only target certain NOC not for all trade skills will be included . Also there is no guarantee that you will get EE invite at this score bcz draws cutoff might be higher & they will issue fewer invite

Go for OINP as targeted draws might happen by july or so. Wait for upcoming draw if needed.
