Does an intra-company transfer (ICT) work permit still allow you to apply for BCPNP Tech or OINP?

Kavya Deshpande thank you for clarifying. I was doubtful since I won’t been getting a LMIA. Looks like ICT job is still valid for express entry despite being LMIA exempt.

Depending on the job offer and your stafus in Canada you may apply for for PNP through the province where you will work in Canada
