CanadaStudy Permit1I went to Canada in Jan intake 2023 as student, due to some family issue had to go back India, withdrawn from course and came to India . Now I have got the LOA for Jan 24 intake same DLI but course is different. Do I need to apply for Study permit again or study permit extension before traveling to Canada?

If I'm not wrong, you withdrew your enrollment from the program and came back instead of taking an academic leave from the program. If yes, you need to apply again for a new study permit and visa based on your new LOA with a declaration and explanation… See more
It depends upon whether you earlier had a two year program or one year program?If two year program, then things will be easy. However, you might face issues at Port of entry. Please DM . We can discuss this issue in details.
