I went to Canada in Jan intake 2023 as student, due to some family issue had to go back India, withdrawn from course and came to India . Now I have got the LOA for Jan 24 intake same DLI but course is different. Do I need to apply for Study permit again or study permit extension before traveling to Canada?

It depends upon whether you earlier had a two year program or one year program?If two year program, then things will be easy. However, you might face issues at Port of entry. Please DM . We can discuss this issue in details.
