CanadaStudy Permit1I've received PPR just a day after the last day to start my college. The college is not allowing to stat course and has deferred it to May 23 ( saying that no seats for Jan 23 are left). I've already delayed doing the course for around two years because of covid. 1. Is it advisable to go there and select a different course? perhaps in a different college? 2. Also academic IELTS expires Fetb 23, does IRCC accept general IELTS for academic purposes? I've already got results for this and they will be valid.

Almin Vadhvaniya so you mean, I can change my course in the same college after getting the visa (got the visa after the start date of the course selected at first)?
I can consider it if it can have a positive outcome ( a similar course that starts jan instead of may)
Almin Vadhvaniya shall I inform IRCC if I defer my intake,? Course and DLI is same.
