I've planning to move Canada from USA thru land border, I've few questions so please help me out: What are current quarantine rules for people crossing thru land border? My PR card is at cousin's place in Canada, can I enter using my CoPR documents again? Any additional form or approval required before travelling? And lastly, when I did soft landing last year, the immigration officer didn't look or sign my list of items that I'll be bring in but instead mentioned, I can bring in my stuff when I'm actually moving in.. do i need to anything additional now while taking my stuff with me? Thanks in advance!

3, you need the arrivecan registration receipt. 4. In same boat, will know in a few days. Also the negative pcr covid test can be a pain, as it needs to be in 72 hours, and most places are taking 5 to 7 days for the report

Do you think a person that’s in the us on a tourist visa can cross the land border with a valid COPR as well?
