CanadaPost-Graduation Work Permit1I paid my first semester fees for September 2024 for Business Analytics at Lambton Mississauga.As per the new rules, I came to know that Lambton Mississauga is not applicable to provide Post Graduate Work Permit. Will I get a full refund without administrative fees? As it is showing $3300 on their website and I have paid $9580. If I tell this to my father, he will bash me for sure because I understand how hard he has worked for me and I don’t want him to have any burden. I paid the money on 22nd January and news of new rule came on 23rd January. My intake is of September 2024. Please help me.

Jashan Shah meaning for example Cestar college is under lambton which is PRIVATE and from September 2024 will not be eligible for pgwp. But if I am admitted directly in lambton which is a PUBLIC college I will get pgwp. Hope that explains.
Jashan Shah Are you enrolled in Lambton directly or in one of its private colleges? Lambton is a public college which has offer PGWP but has "associated" colleges in Toronto which are now banned from issuing PGWP.
As per my understanding only the private colleges which worked under lambton college (public) are not eligible. If you are directly enrolled in lambton you should get the pgwp. But better to confirm.
Jashan Shah Exactly. If your college is under PPP it cannot. Lambton is not a PPP college, it’s PUBLiC. But whatever you decide confirm with the college first or an immigration expert. Thanks.
