I’m in the process of collecting documents post ITA for submission. I graduated in May 2020 from a Canadian University but haven’t received my diploma yet. The graduation ceremoney was cancelled due to COVID-19. There is no definite date by which I’ll receive my diploma due to the current situation. I have claimed points for Canadian education. So far, I’ve received an official degree completion letter and official transcripts from the university. What other documents from the university can I use as proof of Canadian education ? These official documents will suffice with a LOE explaining the situation. You can insert the school's communication about the delay of the ceremony as well

May I ask you if you received completion letter in May or your degrees were announced in May?
