If i get ppr mail, can i let ircc know that I’m currently outside canada and request to issue copr? 2. If they do, will i be eligible for stamping in india? 3. Do i need a prtd to travel back post pr approval? Kubier Kamal sir please help

When you ll receive COPR then you apply for PRTD travel to Canada.
