I’m a new PR but haven’t received my PR card yet. If I would like to fly back to my home country from Canada to visit my critically ill grandpa and accompany him in his last journey, would I be able to return and enter Canada without a PR card? If not, is there a special travel document I could apply based on a compassionate reason? I have already been fully vaccinated in Canada. Thank you everyone
