I do understand that I need to file after I actually complete 3 full years of work experience which will be in 5-10 days. Question: What do I write in LOE regarding this that I received an ITA as the profile counts the month experience and count is at full and I am filing one I actually have 3 years of work experience. Need expert opinion. Thank you

If your CRS increased based on 3 years of experience then submit your application after completing 3 years . Nothing to be mentioned about this .
