CanadaProvincial Nominee Program1I have got L-7,R-6.5,S-6,W-7. On my Ielts results it shows CLB 6.5 band. Shouldn't my IELTS be consider as 7 bands as I have scored 6 & above in each... ???. Also,When I tried applying for PEI PNP , I got 0 points for language, as my scores is less than 7 (there is no scoring for CLB below 7) because of that my score is below 67points & therefore I am not eligible for PNP . What can be done?? ..kindly advice. Thanks.

Maybe you are talking about overall score which maybe is 6.5. For clb 7 you have to score 6 each in every module.

Its clb 7. If you gain more than 6 band in every module than it is clb 7
