I have been studying online from Seneca College since September 2020. I got my AIP on 3rd September. I got my WES for immigration done recently but got this letter from the IRCC. I graduated in BCA from William Carey University in 2017 and after that I have work experience for 2 years at Food Panda. The university is UGC certified. Can you please help me out in how to reply to this ? What is the next step I should take to ensure visa approval. Please help. Kubeir Kamal Ask Kubeir - Study in Canada

Received a Procedural Fairness Letter (PFL) about your credentials? Treat it as a 5-year-ban risk
This is what's known as a PFL (Procedural Fairness Letter). I suggest that you take legal/professional help and don't proceed on your own if you have any confusion. You have to submit a solid response to address their concerns or else there will be a 5 years ban.
Shubham J Patel I am new to facebook (joined yesterday just to get into this group). Had to join because someone suggested me to join this group. I am still getting used to it. Never used it before this. Not going to once I’m done with my application
Jasneet Dhaliwal If you are in India, run a bit to University. Despite the need, attach reference letters from professors and even principal or HOD or even a dean. That will make your case stronger when you appeal to Canadian Immigration.
Jasneet Dhaliwal Definately. There were some incidents happened with the same University you are graduated from. That's why it's under the radar & red flag. Handle this with the patience and clearity.
Shubham J Patel the info is totally genuine. I’ll be getting in touch with Kubeir sir though. Many people have already suggested this, thanks for your advice. I appreciate it.
Your Fb profile narrates something else. Pls, if it isn't fake then hire an efficient immigration lawyer who can revert on this or be in touch with kubeir sir. Good luck!
Jasneet Dhaliwal what decision did you got from IRCC after this?
