I have to urgently travel to India, and my current work permit is expiring this April 08,2024. Can I enter through visitor visa and since I won’t be in Canada after March 16,2023 should I be applying for trv from here as Visitor visa from Inside Canada and then once I receive it, can I get it stamped in India and then travel? Krishna Patel Thanks for the info. I have already applied for BOWP, I have got WP-ExT until August 18,2024 but then that becomes null once I leave Canada
I am just giving options idk if there are better approaches to your situation but i am just helping to explore
You can try to see if you can apply for bowp there it states what happens if you leave etc
