Ananya Bose Alberta's selection criteria unknown , some have got NOI without job offer, some even with LMIA job offer is still waiting for NOI . It depends on the NOC.
If job offer is genuine and employer have all documents then no problem at all. Btw what is your NOC and when did you get NOI?
