I assume you speak French so you should already be eligible to programme de l'expérience Québec (PEQ) with your one year of exp since you studied there.
BC PNP has special draw for Early Childhood educators. Move to BC and find a job in your field you will high chances of BC PNP nomination.
Getting job is most important, without a job offer, your CRS score wont be enough to get selected in EE draw!
