I had got an ITA and applied to SINP in 2019 only to get rejection (Ineligibility) because the licensing body (APEGS) did not give me engineering license straight away and instead instructed me for deficiencies exams! It's been 3 years since then and I'm still waiting for another ITA from SINP, but whenever my NOC appears in the draw the cutoff is high, other times, when the cut off is within my score, my NOC doesn't appear in the list! I just don't understand what goes on in the SINP authorities mind. Why are they being so strict with such a manageable issue? Had they allow people like me to immigrate there by not rejecting our applications solely on the basis of deficiencies, we would have followed the licensing procedure anyway if we were to lead a better life through a better job. You can say whatever you want to say or classify SINP with whatever adjectives that fits your narratives. If you don't meet requirements of any Immigration program in Canada your application will be refused
