Dear you don't need to inform anyone, (get the deferred LOA) get the visa stamped on your passport and travel to Canada. Submit all documents and updated LOA to immigration and you will get the study permit. That's it.
Naeema Kazi Nope. And I think this is a quite common thing. I believe most students deffer because they don't get visa on time
