I need guidance for getting my loa from sault college..In my first go I got refusal and deferred to sept from may and then I reported my file with new agent on 8 june. Bcz I was getting late for sept and reapplied for deferment but clg denied my request as it stated that they don't give more than one defer(seen many students who got 2 defers).but my old agent said that they have talked to clg team and they will give soon. Now even after uploading ppr clg is still not responding. And may agent is not talking on my behalf bcz I changed the agent 2nd time. Today one of my friend went to clg and asked for same there they said only option is to talk to ur agent that they need to talk to the regional manager or may b I need to take refund otherwise. Ohh god - do one thing - do meet your agent today from whom you applied for the first time - request him to send the mail - may be college reconsider your request - Update me what your agent says - will take the decision then

U should email them a letter with change of agent which is on their direct panel
