I have been told by my pre arrival service mentor there is a service Canada kiosk and a cibc branch at Toronto Pearson airport. Not personally landed yet so cant 100% confirm. Check that if you are landing in Toronto. If your employer isnt willing to push your date forward, can you land early? That might also help.

You join on 12th but your pay wont come so soon you will have a week probably to submit your bank account details and sin no to your employer. One fine morning in that week you can head out for sin and bank account task. You can ask your employer to give you half day for this.

I don't think employer would mind getting bank information 1-2 days late, however you can book the nearest bank appointment for 12 now, try to get there on time, you will be able get account information same day, stay calm and positive, Goodluck for the new journey.

You can just add your bank account after if you don’t get it in time. Most employers will accept that. The worst that can happen is delay your pay

I had same experience but I kept 1 week guardband between landing date and joining date. 1 day might not be sufficient to get everything settled
