I got married in May 2022 and i mentioned non-accompanying spouse because my scores used to decrease. However, i got the ITA on July 6 healthcare category-based draw and want to include my spouse now as scores remain above the cut-off score. 1. when i can add him , how it would affect my PR process, and which reason to mention to add him later ?? 2. Alternatively, how much time does spousal sponsorship takes these days?? Please shed some light, who has done this and got the PR.. PLEASE Kubeir Kamal sir and Nikolett Kalotainé Szundi ma'am reply..

Marked spouse as non-accompanying to protect your CRS score? You can switch to accompanying after ITA if score stays above cutoff

You should be able to add your spouse as accompanying. Check by defining your family details properly. If that is not creating document placeholders for your spouse you should reach out to IRCC.

If your score stays above cut off after adding your spouse then you can add him right now.

You can still add your spouse as accompanying if the crs remains above cut off.
