Our marriage is broken and i don't want to sponsor him. Is my express entry file closed?, do i need to notify IRCC of the situation? . Is there a possibility he can enter canada using the express entry file? I am in the process of filing the divorce papers from our home country. Thanks

Your spouse is non accompanying. I don’t think anything can be done. As long as you don’t apply for spousal sponsorship nothing can be done unless he himself applies for PR.

He cannot enter Canada as you claimed him as non-accompanying.
