I have completed my SSC in 2010 and my Bsc in 2016 later on i perceived MBA and then worked in a supply chain management company for 3 years . I applied for Post bacculurate diploma in supply chain management in Cape breton University. My IELTS was overall 6.5( L6, W-7, S-6.5 R-5.5) i showed financials of 65 Lakhs INR still my visa was rejected you will not leave cananda - Kubier please assist

Also, I suppose you should re-appear for IELTS, minimum 6 in all domain is required for study visa, less IELTS score is also a major reason for rejection.
Rejected due to not leaving canada is for family ties .you need convince the visa officer with strong family ties .strong SOP is neccesary
