I am targeting University of Manitoba for MA in Economics program of fall 2023 due to lower cost of living and easier possibility for PR. I pass the GPA requirements with flying colors but my current IELTS score is 6.5 which is the minimum requirement there. What are my chances? What is the acceptance rate with 6.5 band? If this is ambitious, what could be my other options?

Rajpreet Kaur Depends as in if 2 candidates have similar profile with different IELTS scores, then the higher score holder will be picked?
