I am struggling with the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409) for the PR application and wonder if I should do it or not. I and my spouse married officially and I have married certificate from my country (Iraq) for more than 20 years now. Is that considered a Common-Law Union that I should declare it? Any thoughts/advice? Thanks
