I am seeking some guidance regarding my current immigration situation. I have encountered a few complications with my work permit and would appreciate any advice or information you can provide. To give you some background: my post-graduate work permit was initially issued from 30th September 2021 to 25th January 2023. And before it expires had planned the new work permit based on (OINP) on November 2022. Unfortunately, my application for the OINP-based work permit was refused on 23rd March due to an employer fee issue (got a refusal letter here stating that your temporary state expired on 23rd April and you have 90 days to restore it. And I stopped working. And on 8th April 23, I applied for a new work permit along with a restoration request under the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) extension public policy and got interim work authorization on 8th April, and started working again.
