Its kind of difficult with 1 year of experience until and unless you qualify for PNP. More work experience and IELTS score, better the chance of high point that matched with the draws.
My CRS will be 511 soon with just 1 year of experience here. So it all depends on other factors like IELTS and your education and experience back home.
