The age and gap do not matter as long as you can justify them. Also, home ties depends on your case how you present before the visa officer through your SOP and provide relevant documents. Happy to help in case you need any specific details.
For SDS, u dont need to attach property .. Just make sure the course u choose makes logical sense with yr previous work ex.. like dont take mba finance if u have 9 years work ex in finance
