She will be on closed work permit from april 2024 which is already applied by her employer. I want to know can i apply for open work permit ffrom india or i will not be eligible for apply. Sunny Sondhi click exceptions to eligibility if you fall under one of those categories like the low-wage temporary foreign worker program. Else you're good to go.
