I am applying for PR and have one Canadian child. Do I need to include her in my application and pay fees for her? Why?

my PR application is under Provincial Nomination program. I have 4 children, one of them is Canadian born. I am confused whether to include her in my application or not. If not, then wouldn't that be seen as hiding information?
