Note: I did find this reference on the IRCC website, but this looks like it will take some time as it requires me to mail documentation to Nova Scotia. I was planning to travel within the next month, so I hope there's a faster option?

I reached out to my local MP, they suggested I stop by Service Canada just in case. Though likely the only available option is mailing in the forms as noted in the original post's link. Form imm5531e has been completed and I'll send it out later today.… See more
Jennifer Janssen it happened to my friend as well.. Try to call immediately PR Card helpline and they would help replacing it with correct photo. Or you can email the "ircc agent" email and they would replace it.
